2020 was a tough year for the world. As per usual when things get bad, people in disadvantaged groups felt the strain the hardest. In response to the global drive for more inclusion in workplaces.
I was tasked with sourcing an outside agency to help facilitate D&I training and courageous conversations with managers, DEI leads, and our C-suite for Awin Global. After speaking with Love, I knew instantly Unsiloed would be our choice.
