As a Consultant at Unsiloed, Alicia engineers connection and sparks community. She's facilitated diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops for the legal profession and guided managers in crafting psychologically safe spaces for their teams. She even shapes the next generation of leaders as an Adjunct Lecturer at The University of the West Indies.
With a Master of Laws from Harvard, a First Class Honours Bachelor of Laws, and a Summa cum laude Bachelor of Arts, Alicia's academic foundation is formidable. But it's her passion for people and her commitment to growth that truly make her shine.
