His first instinct was to reject the calling of leaving successful subject matter expertise to restart in a new field of coaching. He then enrolled in UTC Dallas to hone is craft.
We breakdown what reluctance means, and what that changes to in an actual business transition. How these emotions impact success, client work, and using confidence to overcome the pains of evolution.
